07:00 – DEPARTURE FROM HO CHI MINH CITY
The car and tour guide of Nam A Chau Travel will pick you up at the company office or central meeting point. A special journey begins – where you will not only touch the resilient history of the nation, but also enjoy the poetic beauty of the Southern river gardens.
On the way, you will hear a detailed introduction about the tour, participate in interesting interactive games and enjoy the peaceful scenery of the suburban area.
08:30 – DISCOVERING CU CHI TUNNEL – HEROIC IMPRESSIONS UNDER THE EARTH
Coming to Cu Chi – the land of steel and bronze, you will be moved when witnessing a part of history living underground. Here:
-Watching short documentaries helps you clearly visualize the heroic past of our army and people during the resistance war.
-Visit the miniature model of the tunnel, which vividly recreates the complex, interconnected structure with a maze-like tunnel system.
-The real tunnel experience, the feeling of walking through every dark, narrow corner will help you understand more about the brave spirit and strong vitality of Cu Chi soldiers.
Then you will enjoy cassava with salt and sesame – a simple dish that once gave strength to many soldiers in the fierce battlefields of the past.
And if you are a thrill-seeker, Cu Chi shooting range will be an attractive stop, where you can try shooting an AK47 or M16 with safety instructions from technical staff (at your own expense).
11:30 : You will have lunch with Cu Chi beef specialties at Xuan Dao beef restaurant with many rich and diverse dishes, meeting all the needs of diners. From traditional dishes such as beef wrapped in rice paper, grilled beef, beef dipped in vinegar… to creative dishes such as beef stir-fried with betel leaves, beef with lemongrass and chili served with crispy rice… all are meticulously prepared and beautifully presented.
Leaving Cu Chi, the car takes you straight to My Tho – known as the “gateway to the West”.
Arriving at My Tho City marina, the group gets on a boat to Thoi Son Islet (also known as Lan Islet). Tourists walk on the village road, visit and learn about the lives of local people, fruit gardens, enjoy seasonal fruits and listen to “Don ca tai tu” – a typical feature of the Southern people.
Next, you will visit the honey bee farm and enjoy honey lemon tea.
Then, you will experience the taste of the West while sitting on a sampan weaving through small canals, admiring the two rows of natural water coconut trees and the simple landscape of the garden.
14:30 – CRUISE ON TIEN RIVER, TO THE DREAMY COCONUT LAND OF BEN TRE
The journey continues by large boat down the Tien River, one of the major branches of the gentle Mekong River. The cool breeze blows, the scenery on both banks is poetic with shady coconut trees, the boat gently glides to bring you back to Ben Tre – the capital of coconut in Vietnam.
Here, you will get:
– Visit the traditional coconut candy kiln and see firsthand each step of making sweet candies with the taste of childhood.
– Visit the handmade rice paper oven in Tan Thach commune, where people still preserve the old way of making rice paper by hand and using a wood stove.
-Ride a horse-drawn carriage around the village roads, admire the fruit-laden orchards, enjoy the fresh air and chat with the friendly locals – all paint a picture of the countryside imbued with the Southern identity.
16:00 – GOODBYE TO THE WEST, RETURN TO SAIGON
The car takes you back to Ho Chi Minh City. On the way back, the tour guide and the group review the memorable moments of the day and express their sincere thanks to you for accompanying us.
The bus is expected to arrive at the original pick-up point at 18:00 – 18:30. End of trip.

- Please gather 15 minutes before departure time. Latecomers who arrive after the departure time or cancel the tour without prior notice will be charged the same fee as canceling the ticket on the departure date.

CHILDREN’S TICKET PRICES:
- Children under 5 years old will be charged 50% of the ticket price if they have a seat. In case they sit with family, it is free, self-sufficient.
- Children from 5 to under 11 years old must buy 75% of the service ticket. Two adults are only allowed to bring 1 child from 5 to under 11 years old, the second child or more must buy 1 adult ticket.
